'Announcements' are a series of porcelain objects containing rolled up paper notes of thoughts and perceptions that occur to me whilst walking. They are sealed with a lock of my hair. They are between a perpetual travel insurance; like a rabbit's foot good-luck charm or a protective amulet, and a memory like a reliquary or a souvenir that you take back home.
